LZ(M)-9001A is our special designed machine for jointing slim plastic film, which can be used for jointing vegetable shed, producing waterproof membrane, making damp-proof film for highway basement, reservoir, river edge, underway project, plastic film for planting usage, plastic packing line and so on. Features: The high efficiency of jointing can save lots of labors. The big temperature scope is available for jointing different plastic films with different thickness. And also suitable for some special action, such as flat press jointing, side folded jointing, butt jointing, string passed jointing and so on. They are much better than hand jointing and other methods. The jointing face has big width, no wrinkle, no fending off sunshine, no blocking dust and rain, the jointing length is limitless, the seam strength keeps very strong, never be opened. It adopts hot belt and roller cycling for jointing system. The working process is to input the two butted and folded plastic film continuously, heating and soften the material, adding pressure and warm down, then output successfully. No class for temperature adjusted. The speed can be decided by the proficiency of the operator .It can joint 2-18 meters per minute. The electricity consumption is less than 1 degree per hour.
